Too hot to pick up the Male
Today was a little better, weather wise, because it was overcast for a good portion of it. It has literally been so hot that I haven’t been able to pick up our mail. And the box is just at the end of the driveway. There is nothing in there that is important enough to brave the elements. After all, we are experiencing another "Heat Watch". When we lived in Colorado, the National Weather Service would issue a Storm Watch all the time. Those are clear to me. Yesterday during the heat watch, I almost thought I saw something, but I think it was just an aberration. It has also been too hot to pick up our son at high school. That however, is male that is very important. I would brave extreme weather any day, anytime, anywhere to get to any one of my four pieces of very important male. I think the postmaster is jealous, we always get the good male at our house.
"You yourselves are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by everybody. You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts." 2 Cor. 3:2-3
Amen.
