Menu Plan Monday
Planning my weekly menu now involves more than food. I believe that you have to plan for the good things you want in life. If you fail to plan, you might as well plan to fail! Either way you’re "planning" so why not plan for great things?
Monday Dinner: We will take left over London Broil and put it in a mini-crock pot with BBQ Sauce, then eat it on large baked potatoes with a salad.
Wednesday: Older boys are heading to Church so my husband and I will have salmon, I’m sure the youngest will be thrilled. It may be a mac and cheese night for him.
Thursday: My freezer is overflowing with great deals I got on ground beef, so it will probably be some form of pasta night.
The other nights will be sandwiches, and meatless meals.
But now on to the rest of my "menu planning," I have to plan my writing for success!
Monday: Home writing with a minimum word count of 1000. Plus writing my first book review to be published on Tuesday HERE.
Tuesday: Writing at my favorite Starbucks, minimum word count 500, plus beginning a new article to query a new magazine with.
Wednesday: Writing at home, min. word count 500
Thursday: At home, min word count 1000
Friday: Probably writing at home, min. word count 1500.
I’ve learned that hitting a certain word count is just as important as counting calories! Soon I want to exceed my calorie goals with words, every day.
Audra:
Awesome idea for writing. I just made a writing plan for myself this morning. I did not include word count though. I’m off to do some tweaking to the plan 😉 Thanks for the great tip!
Your menu looks good. I also like your idea to plan your writing. Great idea!

Thanks for stopping by! I made the round steak tonight and it was yum. We don’t have it often either, but it was on sale for $1.99/lb, and I couldn’t pass up that deal!
Enjoy the rest of your week!
